Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own, or import content from a CSV file. Overview
After organizing numerous physical and virtual events, I realized that event managers struggled in the search and organization of their company's events.
They had to find a beautiful place that was close to their office and one or many original activities that would please all participants no matter age, background, or personalities.
They also had to meet the budget that was given to them and negotiate with different interlocutors (suppliers, internal and external teams) using different types of communications (email, phone, text message, chat...).
IdeAll marketplace offers team-buildings, icebreakers, and virtual events, with the purpose of accelerating the construction and transformation of online business relationships thanks to digital.
Insight
A marketing/communication officer needs at least 3 months to organize a client seminar. The time-consuming search to find activities that impress guests is long and stressful.
More than 680,000 employees are absent from their jobs every week for health reasons.
And more than half (53%) due to excessive stress, and the need for rest rather than a well-defined illness.

The Project
The research and conception of this product was the most laborious part.
After working with the marketing team to interview different types of clients (different sizes and industries) and suppliers (type of activities, seniority), I established the project framing.
During the two first weeks, I defined the user flows and wireframes with the UX/UI managers by analyzing closely the data gathered from the user’s interviews. As there were a lot of features and type of users (suppliers, admin, clients), we needed to understand what were the "must have" features for each of them and reflect on how to make them become the most user friendly possible.
In the meantime, our designer searched inspirations and created a mood-board to define the marketplaces' design (view photo below). After validating the design framing, the designer and UX/UI managers conceptualized high fidelity UI prototypes.
I then defined production planning and followed-up with each team daily and weekly by setting up quantitative objectives. Finally, I planned the deployment based on quality control and bugs solutions.
IdeAll aims to make life easier for communication/marketing officers and HR in companies who regularly organize events and team buildings. To do this, we use very precise data on their brand image, internal and external objectives, budgets and needs, in order to suggest unique offers that fully correspond to them.
